Good morning family. It's so very good to get the opportunity to speak with each of you this morning. I'm just so excited now that school has got started back up. I've been so looking forward to classes this year. It's such a blessing to have the opportunity to teach God's Word. I lean on and rely on the relationships I have with brothers and sisters of God to help steer me alway to Christ Jesus. My relationship with Jesus is the center focus of my life always following the peace gauge of the HolySpirit within me, but I need my family in Christ as well and that's each of you.
The last couple of days I've been getting grace and sin as my direction to go this morning. I think on how His grace is sufficient always.
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV
I came to to the understanding that there is no sin grace can't cover, no amount never too much ever. Does that mean sin on? No never!
“What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? By no means! Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?”
Romans 6:15-16 NIV
The word always has our answers even when we didn't realize we were looking for it. God is such a Good Good Father! I know how it is, we continually allow the condemnation to tear us down we allow it to rule out heat and minds especially in the midst of trials and troubles. We see the condemnation and not the Grace. We think about the grace sure but the condemnation tells us we don't deserve it. Well brothers and sisters there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus only a loving conviction. Kick that condemnation to the curb and remember His grace is always sufficient, and your sin could never be greater than His grace. No we don't deserve it, it's a gift.
Yes we will fall from time to time, but as this last scripture teaches us. He is looking to our hearts what are we choosing to continually follow? Sin or obedience? Who are you a slave too? Sin or obedience? Follow your heart that Christ has given you.
“I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.”
Ezekiel 11:19 NIV
Know that your heart is a heart of flesh and will follow obedience. Quit allowing the enemy to take away any grace God has supplied. Take back what God has given you and stand on His Word!
Father thank you for your heart of flesh you have given each of us. Father thank you for the grace you wash over us with. We recognize we could never deserve it, but we thank you Father. We receive it humbly Lord. Continually help us to follow the Holy Spirit in obedience. Remind us your grace is forever sufficient. We give you all the honor glory and praise in the precious beautiful blessed humble glorious amazing name above all names, Christ Jesus, Amen!
